Dayne Phenix is a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) with a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of New Orleans. Originally from Henderson, Texas, Dayne has made New Orleans her home for the past 16 years. Dayne’s counseling approach is rooted in a client-centered approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help promote coping skills and positive changes in her clients. Dayne provides Advanced Integrated Therapy (AIT) as a modality to help support her clients in their healing from complex trauma. Her style centers on creating a safe, collaborative environment where clients can explore who they are, reconnect with inner strengths, address old patterns, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life by feeling truly seen and understood throughout the course of their therapeutic journey. Dayne is passionate about supporting clients as they navigate through their struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, and self-esteem challenges. Dayne offers in person sessions.
